Our history
Usiel moved to America in the early 1990s, he started working in the tobacco fields until he earned enough money to open his first restaurant in Apex, NC. His restaurant was called La Rancherita. Usiel has been working in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and cooking is his passion.
Our specialities
We specialize in regional dishes from Mexico. Our vision is to bring regional Mexican flavors to Chautauqua County unlike your traditional Tex-Mex restaurants. We also specialize in Craft Mexican cocktails and one of the biggest tequila menu around.
